We are dedicated and experienced professional artists, capable of drawing and designing quality tattoos. Our strength is in our art. We focus on a variety of styles— Japanese, American traditional, among others—and utilize the foundations of these traditional styles in all of our work. We are true to the trade: making tattoos that respect the history of the art form. We are happy to tattoo your design or anything you find for reference, as long as we feel it will look good and last as a tattoo. However, we will insist on redrawing an idea, if the primary reference is someone else’s custom tattoo. Copper State Tattoo takes pride in our abilities and respects the efforts of other artists. Let us show you what WE can do. 

Tattooing at Copper State Tattoo costs $180 per hour ($220/hr for Alex Empty). That means if your tattoo takes one hour to complete, the cost is $180. If an hour and a half, it costs $270, two hours costs $320. The price is the time it takes to complete the tattoo, like a taxi meter. Drawing, prep, and breaks are not included, you only pay for the time you are being tattooed. Our shop minimum is $100. This is for very small tattoos, taking less than 30 minutes to complete. If you are getting a larger tattoo, requiring multiple sessions, you will be required to leave a deposit of $180, which will be applied to the last session of your tattoo. other deposits may be required depending on the artist and client relationship. Copper State Tattoo requires a 24 hour notice to reschedule appointments. Failure to give 24 hour notice will forfeit any and all deposits.

Children, intoxicated people, alcohol or drugs, and audible mobile devices are NOT WELCOME in the shop. Please respect our space by turning your phones to silent and refrain from using its features such as Youtube , Facebook, etc, with out earphones. 

Please note that scheduling tattoos can be approximate. We know that your time is valuable, but sometimes we run late, or the tattoo before you might be taking a little longer, we really appreciate your patience.

We are open are open Tuesday-Sunday, from 12:00 noon to 6 pm or later. We are open on Monday by appointment only.
